Advanced Academics Referral Process

The Advanced Academic(AA) referral process is conducted three times throughout the school year in October, January, and March. Any student accepted into the AA program during the October or January review process will have his or her schedule change reflected in the current school year. Any student accepted into the AA program during the March review process will have his or her schedule change reflected in the next school year. All AA requests must be received prior to April 1st of each school year. Any request submitted after this date will be held until the following school year to be reviewed at interim time of the first quarter allowing time to collect data.
